[visto a Genova]

Un breve racconto che ho appena scritto per una gara a tempo fra amici, non gli ho dato il titolo. Il tema come vedrete non è originalissimo, ma sono contento dell’atmosfera in generale.

She was roaming aimlessly between the rows of cactus in the nursery. Her surrounding were full of glass walls and the view could easily go behind of the greenhouse and loosing in the horizont of sea. She questioned herself for one moment to better concentrate on her mood: she was not understanding if that lightness, vaguely euphoric, depended to the arrive on the summer season, pregnant of hazy promises.

Marco appeared from the glass window of the nursery, dressed only with the pants, completely wet.

“I didn’t resist to dive in the water, the first swim of the year”, Marco said with an head of childish pride.
“Aren’t you cold?”

They made love there, between the cactuses. The feeling of sex was still kind of new and largely undiscovered, but started to has the feel of a domestic pleasure. Camilla been trough some lazy thoughts about the salt on the skin, who she saw as a season product, as artichokes or blackberries.

“Marco, do you know that a ghost is such a concrete thing… The death of Ada it repropose to me always more often, I find it in front of me shaped as an interrogative every time bigger, that grows feeding of itself”.

“Who commits suicide, condems the other to the sense of guiltiness, but I don’t think Ada were aware of this. There was not any egoism in her”, Marco said.

“It’s such a radical thing, lucid, mad, it envolves the more extrem strength of will. There were nothing like in Ada. Sometimes I think that she was distinguishing so few from mental world to realty, that she didn’t realized that taking away one, she was taking away the other”.

Claudio break into, careless of the nudity of the two: “Come on, the others are waiting for you. We wanna go to the southern rocks”.

“It will takes hours”, noticed Camilla.

“Do we have something else to do?”, concluded Marco with an accomplice smile.

They dress up quickly and run down from the cement stair which divided them from the beach. Camilla stopped to taste the heat that rolled up her naked feet. Marco, behind her, thought how beauty she was.

Little further the others were waiting: Federica, Marta, Mia, Umberto e Guido. Everybody run together next to the water and then they started walk towards the reefs in the South. The Sun was still high.

Sometimes they crossed some old couple that was walking in the opposite direction, or in their direction. Or they overcome old fishermen on the bank. Marco felt a strange sensation of unreality, like the world were populated only from olds e they were the the last youths.

Camilla and Marta were the first to notice an huge flock of migration birds that were fly above their heads. An ecstatic silence dropped. Then Umberto asked what kind of bird they were, Guido answered he never sow something like this.

They went up to the reef climbing, the heat was enough to sweet a bit, and Camilla felt her panting breath.

Once on the top, everybody set down to take breath. Federica started hummed an electronic them that nobody recognize.

Camilla observed for a long time her friend with intense eyes, as she was studying them. She did not say a word, but she was sure that in that moment everybody were thinking about Ada.

Iscriversi all’Associazione stampa romana potrebbe sembrare un’idea intelligente. Fa piacere avere un sindacato che ti aiuta e ti consiglia, no?

Bisogna investire un po’ di soldini ogni anno, ma essere rappresentati ha un costo, giustamente. Poi quando hai bisogno di chiamare qualcuno in Associazione passi il pomeriggio al telefono perchè “l’interno selezionato non risponde” anche se in effetti è gradevole ascoltare “Per elisa” in versione monotonica per tre quarti d’ora.

Finalmente la linea. “Direttrice Ninfa Paoli come mai la convenzione con il fiscalista è aumentata di 180 euro in un anno?”

Direttrice Ninfa Paoli: “Non si preoccupi quest’anno c’è il CAF che si occupa dell’IVA con una nuova convenzione”.

Svariate settimane e migliaia di telefonate dopo, il CAF riesce finalmente a comunicarmi il fantastico prezzo della convenzione stipulata con l’Associazione stampa romana: 960 euro. Cinquecento euro in più della convenzione rincarata di 180 euro con il fiscalista.

Decine di telefonate più tardi…

“Direttrice Ninfa Paoli il CAF mi ha comunicato le cifre convenzione…”

Direttrice Associazione stampa romana: “Che strano… Non abbiamo mai avuto prezzi così alti”

“Guardi che lei mi ha metto che è il primo anno che il CAF si occupa dell’Iva”

Direttrice Associazione stampa romana: “Ah, l’Iva. Ha provato a fare una ricerca di mercato?”

“E allora perchè dovrei essere nell’associazione?”

Direttrice Associazione stampa romana: “Comunque erano 10 anni che il fiscalista non aumentava i prezzi e poi è una sua esigenza avere la partita non glielo abbiamo detto noi di aprirla”.

Il discorso a questo punto si piega un po’ in se stesso e la Direttrice pensa bene di troncarlo sbattendomi il telefono.

Ora fra me e l’Associazione stampa romana si frappone di nuovo un ora di risponditore automatico “Per Elisa”.

La maleducazione al potere.

26 aprile 2008: 22esimo anniversario di Chernobyl.
Cercando “Chernobyl” Google.com il primo risultato è Wikipedia e il secondo la World Nuclear Association.

Il sempre discusso argomento delle dimensioni del disastro e dell’impatto sulle vite umane, purtroppo rimane un questione inevasa anche sui primi risultati di Google. Da un lato Wikipedia riporta una disputa sulla neutralità del articolo, mentre la World Nuclear Association presenta un propangadistico di dubbio valore che comincia così:

* The Chernobyl accident in 1986 was the result of a flawed reactor design that was operated with inadequately trained personnel and without proper regard for safety.
* The resulting steam explosion and fire released at least five percent of the radioactive reactor core into the atmosphere and downwind.
* 28 people died within four months from radiation or thermal burns, 19 have subsequently died, and there have been around nine deaths from thyroid cancer apparently due to the accident: total 56 fatalities as of 2004.
* An authoritative UN report in 2000 concluded that there is no scientific evidence of any significant radiation-related health effects to most people exposed. This was confirmed in a very thorough 2005-06 study.

Scandaloso.

Ora, per dare il mio piccolo contributo all’informazione su Chernobyl, ho pensato di linkare qualche pagina di valore. Se in tanti prendessero la briga di linkare pagine valide e NON linkare la World Nuclear Association, forse l’articolo orribile con cui sono presenti in bella vista scenderebbe di risultato.

Grazie alla penna di Onanos ecco realizzato un mio concetto di un Cristo crocefisso sulla f di facebook.

Non vorrei risultare didascalico spiegando l’esigenza di rappresentare questa versione del sacrificio, basti notare che il social network facebook è l’ottavo sito più frequentato al mondo.

E Cristo dove c’è gente arriva sempre.
